The Happy Union
265 Boundary Road Loudwater
Bucks HP10 9QN Change of use of existing public house with internal and external alterations including conversion of roof space to form 21-bed house in multiple occupation (HMO) (sui generis) CWPC objects to this planning application for the following reasons:
• It is an overdevelopment of the site. A 3-storey development will adversely affect the street scene.
• The car parking allocation is insufficient for the number of rooms. Loudwater village has enough problems with lack of parking and this application would further exacerbate it. We are also concerned whether 16 parking spaces would in fact fit in the allotted area.
We believe 16 rooms and 16 parking spaces would be better and would avoid a 3rd storey.
If officers are minded to recommend approval of the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.

Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8EJ Remove to near ground level x 4 Cypress (G1) We note that the property is in the Conservation Area. Any works to be carried out only with the full approval of the Bucks Council Wycombe Area’s tree consultant. We request that replacement trees be planted; species to be suggested by arboriculturist.

Milford Cottage
Common Road
Flackwell Heath
Bucks HP10 9NS Sub-division of existing dwelling into 2 x dwellings with new front door to unit 2 and new rear roof lights and window to unit 1 CWPC objects to this planning application for the following reasons:
• It is an overdevelopment of the site in a Conservation Area.
• The amenity space for Unit 2 is too small & the view from the rear of the property will be onto a tunnel.
• The car parking allocation is impracticable with cars having to park behind each other and we question how the parking is to be split between the two properties from a legal perspective.

Cllr Darch thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.16am.
