CHEPPING WYCOMBE PARISH COUNCIL
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Members of the council are summoned to attend a Special Meeting of the Council to be held
at 7.00pm at the Council Office, Cock Lane, Tylers Green, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP10 8DS.
The meeting is open to members of the public and press.

Yellow lines – Swains Lane, Flackwell Heath
Council is asked to CONSIDER and, if so minded, APPROVE in principle, subject to
costings and resident consultation, supporting a 50% matched funded LAF bid for
yellow lines in the Swains Lane/Halls Corner area, along with a resident permit scheme
as indicated on the attached map.
Council is asked to RECEIVE a short report from Cllr Liz Johncock, who has been
involved in discussions with the Local Area Forum Manager, Parking Manager, County
Councillors and residents relating to the parking issues and possible solutions.
4. Purchase of flip top tables and replacement chairs for Council Chamber
Council is asked to CONSIDER the quotes below for replacement meeting tables for
the Council Chamber. The tables will be lighter to move around the room being on
wheels and with the flip top will make them easier to store. The tables will be fitted
with a modesty panel and will match the other furniture in the room.
