1. Apologies for absence
Apologies were received and approved from Cllr L Willis (family), Cllr H Darch
(holiday), Cllr C Dodds (personal) and Cllr P Miller (family)

2. Declarations of member’s interests in agenda items
There were none.
3. Local Area Forum Application
Yellow lines – Swains Lane, Flackwell Heath
Council was asked to consider, in principle, subject to costings and resident
consultation, supporting a 50% matched funded LAF bid for yellow lines in the Swains
Lane/Halls Corner area along with a resident parking permit scheme.

It was RESOLVED that;
in principle the application be madefor a match funding LAF bidfor an extension of the yellow lines and parking permit scheme subject to the result offinal costings and the resident consultation.

4. Purchase of flip top tables and replacement chairs for Council Chamber
Council was asked to consider the quotes for replacement meeting tables and chairs
for the Council Chamber.

It was RESOLVED that;
Quote C be approved for the purchase of the tables and chairs.

The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 7.21pm
