Under the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (4 April 2020) allowing Local Authorities flexibility to hold meetings at a time, day and frequency to suit their own needs, without the requirement for further notice.
Cllr C Dodds acted as chairman of the meeting.

Bucks HP10 9TR Householder application for construction of part single, part two storey front and side extensions, dropped kerb to front and fencing to boundary CWPC objects to this application because the proposed development is not in keeping with the surrounding area – the development is too large for the site and having 1.8m high close boarded fences and gates will make the site look like a fortress in an open plan housing estate. CWPC also support the neighbours’ comments submitted.

Bucks HP10 8JE Demolition of an existing detached dwelling with garage and erection of a two storey detached dwelling with parking and associated works CWPC acknowledges the attempt to reduce the size of the development, however we do not feel it represents a substantive enough change to overcome our previous objection. Therefore, CWPC continues to object to this application for a number of reasons. We believe it is still an over-development of the site and the design shows a lack of congruence with the other properties in the street. We also strongly object to the removal of an ancient cedar tree with a TPO. Should the Local Planning Authority be minded to approve this application, we would urge that this be brought before the planning committee for determination. Should the committee decide to approve the application we would strongly urge that a condition be imposed to replace the cedar tree with another mature cedar tree within two metres of the existing one and the plans be altered to allow for this.
