24 Robinson Road Loudwater
Bucks HP13 7BL Erection of two storey front/side/rear extension and single storey rear extension to lower ground to create one pair of 4-bed semi-detached dwellings No comment
21/05230
28 – 30 Kings Ride
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8BL Erection of fixed canopy to front (Retrospective) We acknowledge that the applicant provides an excellent service with huge benefits to the community. However, we have a concern that the fixed canopy restricts access to the windows and frontages of the flats above for cleaning, repairs and decorating, and in the event of a fire. The original retractable awning mitigated this. If the canopy is to remain a coat of white paint or varnish would improve its impact on the street scene.
21/05282
22 School Road
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8EF Householder application for construction of single storey detached garden room building No comment
21/05300
24 New Road
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8DJ Erection of 2 x semi-detached dwellings and detached carport following demolition of existing house CWPC objects to this application based on the street scene. There will be two semis on a narrow site in a prominent position, all other properties are detached. It is an over development of the site. 2.5 car parking spaces per semi is adequate (as per Parking Statement) but seems impracticable. Need to recheck bedrooms per property. The facing materials should be similar to adjacent properties.

21/05248
19 Willow Close Flackwell Heath
Bucks HP10 9LH Householder application for raising of roof, construction of two storey side/rear extension and installation of 2 x front dormer windows and 1 x box dormer to the rear in connection with loft conversion CWPC don’t object in principle to the application as many of the surrounding properties have done similar loft extensions. However, we would ask the case officer to review the height of the roof and the bulk and size of the extension as it appears over the top. We also query whether there is adequate parking.
21/05327
15 Green Crescent Flackwell Heath
Bucks HP10 9JQ Householder application for construction of part single, part two storey side and rear extensions No objection. However, CWPC query whether the first floor rear window nearest to the neighbour should be obscured to protect the neighbour’s privacy.
21/05366
12 Lancaster Ride
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8DU Householder application for construction of single storey rear extension, external works to rear garden and alterations to fenestrations No comment

The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.50am.
