Bucks HP10 8DL Householder application for construction of single storey timber granny annexe for ancillary use to the main dwelling Whilst we have no objection in principle to this application, we do have concerns why 2 bedrooms are required. In view of this can we please ensure that the following condition is added as suggested by the agent in the Planning, Design and Access Statement: “The proposed building hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling.”
The agent also mentions strengthening this by use of a Section 106 and we would like to ensure by whatever means that the strongest possible condition is put on this to ensure the building cannot be used in any other form than to be ancillary to the main building.

Bucks HP10 8BY Householder application for construction of single storey rear extension and internal alterations No comment

34 Oakland Way Flackwell Heath
Bucks HP10 9ED Householder application for construction of single storey front and rear extensions, two storey side extension following demolition of existing garage and installation of 3 x roof lights to front and box dormer to rear CWPC objects to this application for two reasons.
Firstly, the proposed white rendering would be out of keeping in a street with only red brick houses.
Secondly, there is no Parking Scheme and we question whether there will be adequate parking for this 5-bedroom house. Car parking is an issue in the area and the house is close to the junction with Fennels Farm Rd which is on a bus route.

The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.18.
