28 Wheeler Ave
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8EB Householder application for construction of part single storey, part two storey side/rear extension and loft conversion with new dormers on rear roof slope with relocation of rear retaining wall and landscaping to the rear Whilst significantly larger than its neighbour, we have no objection to this extension provided the exterior materials match the existing.

80 Straight Bit
Flackwell Heath
Bucks HP10 9NA Householder application for construction of 2 storey side extension following removal of existing garage. First floor side extension following removal of dormer. Single storey rear extension and new roof to existing single storey projection. New roof and rear dormer in connection with loft conversion, raising of chimney stack, fenestration alterations CWPC strongly objects to this planning application on the basis of parking and highway safety.
We don’t believe parking P5 is large enough for a car and request confirmation that the parking scheme meets the guidelines.
Currently, cars ingress in one entrance and egress forwards out the other. With the proposed parking arrangement, cars will be required to reverse onto this busy road. The property is on a dangerous bend and the splays are not clear.
If officers are minded to recommend approval of the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.
23/06742
Juniper Hill School Churchill Close
Flackwell Heath
Bucks HP10 9LA Construction of new SEMH unit for 12 children with associated external works and proposed new intervention room CWPC support this planning application. However, two trees with TPOs are very close to the proposed buildings and we would like assurance that their roots will not be damaged.
