Hope Cottage
The Common
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8LR Householder application for removal of 2 metres of hedge made up of Cupressaceae spp, Lawson Cypress and Leyland Cypress that form the boundary to my garden and property and construction of featheredge fence to run in line with the existing fence We note the property is in a Conservation Area. Any works to be carried out only with the full approval of the Bucks Council Wycombe Area’s tree consultant.
Commercial vehicles are not to park on the tracks or in the carpark on The Common without seeking permission from CWPC first.

6 Station Road Loudwater
Bucks HP10 9TZ Change of use from offices to residential comprising of 2 x flats with associated external alterations CWPC objects to this planning application because we feel that the car parking space allocated to the front of the building will cause access and egress issues as it is on the curve from Queensmead Road towards Station Road and would entail reversing over a busy pavement. CWPC believes that there is sufficient space behind the building to allocate the additional car parking space there.

Bucks
HP10 9LJ Householder application for construction of single storey front, side and rear extension. Insertion of 2 x dormer windows to front, 1 x dormer window to rear and 1 x window to each side (2 in total) to facilitate creation of first floor living accommodation CWPC do not object to this application but we note that vehicles do not park on Wilfrids Wood Close and we expect the householder to observe this.

Land Adjacent The Rise Hammersley Lane
High Wycombe
Bucks HP13 7BX Erection of one pair of semi-detached 2-bed dwellings with creation of new access from Hammersley Lane | Land Adjacent CWPC objects to this application as we question the detrimental impact this may have on the Gomm Valley development proposals. It may restrict the Gomm Valley site with regards to landscaping as well as minimum back-to-back distances between houses. Hammersley Lane is a dangerous road and another access will exacerbate the problem. If officers are minded to recommend approval of the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.
The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.15.
