Construction of storm porch to front, fenestration and external alterations including extension to existing driveway to facilitate creation of 1 x additional parking space and air source heat pumps unit to dwelling CWPC do not object to this application. However, we have concerns over the parking as it is impractical for 3 cars having to park in a row.

Any works to be carried out only with the full approval of the Bucks Council Wycombe Area’s tree consultant. We ask the tree officer to please review if it is necessary for such a large amount of the tree to be removed and whether it will have an adverse effect on the balancing.
