WDC Reference Property Address Proposal Comment
18/07329
12 School Road
Tylers Green
Buckinghamshire
HP10 8EF Reduce crown and spread by approximately 2-3m to 1 x Sycamore Tree to maintain as a smaller tree Any works to be carried out only with the full approval of the WDCs tree consultant
18/06728
50 New Road
Tylers Green
Buckinghamshire
HP10 8DL Erection of 2 x 4 bed semi-detached dwellings following demolition of existing house and garage We consider this still represents an over development of what is a small site and creates loss of privacy for surrounding properties, access appears to be tight and there is a lack of amenity space for the properties; there would appear to be nothing that warrants changing our stance and therefore we object to the development
18/07215
14 Fennels Way
Flackwell Heath
Buckinghamshire
HP10 9BY
Householder application for construction of front porch with steps, part two storey, part single storey rear extension and removal of chimney breast Although the proposal for the rear extension would not be visible in the street scene the documentation does not appear to show any likely impact on particularly the attached dwelling therefore we would respectfully ask that this is assessed.
We note the proposal is to provide what appears to be a double sized front door which would clearly be disabled friendly therefore we are surprised to see the proposal for steps instead of a ramp which would complete a disabled friendly entrance, perhaps this could be reconsidered.
18/06716
5 Lower Hammersley Lane
Loudwater
High Wycombe
Buckinghamshire
HP13 7DA Householder application for construction of two storey rear extension

18/07207
Minchins
Treadaway Road
Flackwell Heath
Buckinghamshire
HP10 9PD Householder application for construction of subterranean garage accessible via existing front wall This property is situated towards the end of the private part of Treadaway Road overlooking the golf course and as such is not visible from the public realm hence this proposal would have no effect on the street scene.
We would therefore not object should both the Case Officer and the Highway Authority be satisfied that the proposal meets all the current requirements.
18/07196
Four Acres
Hammersley Lane
Loudwater
High Wycombe
Buckinghamshire
HP10 8HE Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of detached 2-bed log cabin dwelling We continue to maintain that this development compromises the openness of the Green Belt and the natural beauty of the AONB, and amounts to inappropriate development in the Green Belt.
The building would increase the overall footprint of the existing building by at least double. The intention to make it a dwelling would infringe the current designation of the land as agricultural. For these reasons we are objecting to the application.

18/07252
30 St Johns Road
Tylers Green
Buckinghamshire
HP10 8HU
Householder application for construction of detached garage No comment
18/07280
8 Magpie Close
Flackwell Heath
Buckinghamshire
HP10 9DZ
Householder application for construction of single storey front extension and part conversion of existing garage into habitable accommodation So long as the Case Officer is satisfied this application meets all the relevant planning requirements we would not object as it does not appear to affect the neighbouring properties or the current parking provision

18/07422
Land Rear Of
33 & 35 St Johns Road
Tylers Green
Buckinghamshire
HP10 8HW Erection of 1 x 2 bed detached bungalow with associated parking
As long as the Case Officer is satisfied this application meets all the relevant planning requirements we would not object.
18/07322
3 Willow Close
Flackwell Heath
Buckinghamshire
HP10 9LH
Householder application for raising of roof, roof extensions/alterations, construction of two storey rear extension, new front porch canopy and associated external alterations Most of the properties in Willow Close have been altered/extended over the years, many of them substantially, to an extent that you can now count those that have not on one hand. From the documentation what is proposed is similar to the work done on other dwellings.
There only appears to be obscure glazed windows in the side elevations and it does not appear there would be unacceptable overlooking to the rear therefore should the officer be satisfied this proposal meets all the current planning requirements we would have no objection.

18/07435
