35 Straight Bit Flackwell Heath Bucks HP10 9LT Householder application for construction of part single, part two storey rear extension As this is an application for development to the rear of the property it will not affect the street scene however this property backs onto the Recreation Ground so will be visible from there and also from the Bowls Club. The proposed development appears to extend virtually to the boundary and as there only appears to be a roof light in the single storey extension there would not be an overlooking issue. The flank wall of the extension however extends the length of the neighbouring property’s garden so this may be un-neighbourly as it will cause some light loss and will not be particularly attractive to look out on. As we can only see the properties from the Recreation Ground we would appreciate the Officer judging this from the properties.

We have no objection to this application should the Officer be satisfied this work is acceptable and it is carried out by an approved contractor.
