Hence the proposal would not affect the street scene. Looking at the positioning of the property it does not appear that the development would cause unacceptable overlooking in the urban area. We would therefore not object should the Case Officer be satisfied the proposal meets current planning requirements.

This is a detached two storey house set back sufficiently in the plot to provide suitable parking provision. The proposed development to the side is on the side away from the adjacent bungalow and consequently would not appear overbearing when looking from the street. The rear extension being only single storey would not have any bearing on the street scene. Hence if the Case Officer is satisfied this proposal meets all current planning requirements we would not object.
