AGENDA ITEM 3

Committee Projects
3.2 Altona Road Cemetery – Path
Members are asked to CONSIDER the suggestion to improve the surface of the path to the original part of the cemetery to match the new extension path.

3.3 Office/Council Chamber Lighting
Members are asked to CONSIDER and, if so minded APPROVE one of the two quotes received for the above project.

It was also suggested that the Emergency Fire Exit sign should be replaced at a cost of £140.00

AGENDA ITEM 4
Local Area Forum
The bid for a 50% contribution towards the installation of bollards at the junction of Wheeler Avenue and Church Road will be taken to the next meeting on 6 February.

Members are asked to CONSIDER and, if so minded, APPROVE the parish council contribution for the financial year 2019/20 – the revised estimate for the 8 bollards, installation and contingency is £6,798 making the parish council contribution in the region of £3,400.00.

Cock Lane – cremation plots
Members are asked to CONSIDER further draft layouts at APPENDIX A showing the potential number of plots on the lower section of the cemetery.

Committee Budget 2019/20
Members are asked to CONSIDER the committee budget at APPENDIX B and are also asked to bring ideas
for future projects to the meeting.

Questions from committee members and the public
A maximum of fifteen minutes will be given to members of the public, who may make representations, ask and answer questions and/or give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. If the chairman of the meeting agrees, representations and questions may be taken at the beginning of the meeting. Members of the public wishing to speak at the beginning of the meeting should inform the Clerk of this request as soon as possible.

All the TO NOTE items from the agenda for the meeting of 31 January 2019 have been deferred but will be reported at the next meeting.
