Report of the Planning Meeting held on Tuesday, 25 August at 10.00am via Microsoft Teams
Under the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (4 April 2020) allowing Local Authorities flexibility to hold meetings at a time, day and frequency to suit their own needs, without the requirement for further notice.
Cllr K Wood acted as chairman of the meeting.

We believe it is an over-development of the site and the design shows a lack of congruence with the other properties in the street. We also strongly object to the removal of an ancient cedar tree with a TPO. Should the Local Planning Authority be minded to approve this application, we would urge that this be brought before the planning committee for determination. Should the committee decide to approve the application we would strongly urge that a condition be imposed to replace the cedar tree with another mature cedar tree within two metres of the existing one and the plans be altered to allow for this.
