4. Have your say on sustainable settlement in Gomm Valley
A community engagement and design event is being held about a new sustainable settlement in the Gomm Valley, from Friday 29 June to Sunday 1 July.
Fri 29th June -> 5pm – 8pm
Sat 30th June -> 10pm – 5pm
Sun 1st July -> 10am – 4pm
Visitors will have the chance to meet the team, and share their ideas, ambitions and local knowledge. There will be design workshops, large-scale plans, drawings and models, talks by specialists, site visits, children’s activities, food and refreshments.

5. Hearing sessions in relation to Wycombe Local Plan Response
As a representor, there are three options:
1. If we are content to rely on our original representations and do not intend to provide any further written comments or participate in the hearing discussions there is no need to do anything further. The Inspector will take your submitted comments into consideration when preparing her report in so far as they relate to soundness and legal compliance considerations.
2. If having considered the Inspector’s Matters, Issues and Questions we feel we would like to make further written comments but do not wish to participate in the hearing sessions, we can do so. Instructions on the form and submission of written statements can be found in the Guidance Note. The submission of further written statements must specifically focus upon the relevant Matters and Questions the Inspector has identified in accordance with our representations. Unless specifically requested, the Inspector will not now accept further material beyond her intended Matters for discussion or in relation to elements of the Plan that we have not commented upon previously. The deadlines for submission of written statements are 5pm on Friday 29th June 2018 for Matters being considered in Weeks 1 & 2 of the Programme and 5pm on Friday 17th August 2018 for any Matters to be discussed in Weeks 3 and 4.
3. Should we wish to participate within a specific hearing session we need to advise by 5pm on Friday 29th June 2018. After which time the participants list and Programme will be finalised ahead of the hearings. Participants are also welcome to supply additional written statements should they wish to in accordance with the guidance and deadlines.
