Kingsmead Road Loudwater
Bucks HP11 1JL Householder application for erection of side/rear single storey extension, raising of roof and insertion of front and rear dormers in connection with rooms in roofspace and new front porch CWPC strongly objects to this planning application. It is an overdevelopment of the site, it lacks the necessary parking spaces and the site plan is incomplete. The plans fail to show the access road for the two houses previously approved to be built at the rear of this property. If Buckinghamshire Council are minded to allow the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.

21/07893
50 Fennels Way Flackwell Heath Bucks HP10 9BY Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of 1 x 5-bed replacement dwelling CWPC strongly objects to this planning application. It’s physical size, bulk and massing are excessive for a property in this particular location, and it would dominate the bungalow next door. Consequently, it would result in an overdevelopment of the site which would look out of character in the street scene. There are a total of seven bedrooms on the plans (not the 5 stated in the title), thereby adding significantly to the traffic and thereby having a further negative impact on the dangerous junction of Fennels Way and Swains Lane.
21/07852
Land Adjacent Hilltop
Hammersley Lane High Wycombe Bucks Construction of a three-bedroom eco-house, with attached car port CWPC strongly objects to this planning application. It is on Green Belt land which should be protected and the applicant has failed to show any special circumstances to justify any form of development on the site. Regardless of this, it is an inappropriate development which would be totally out of keeping with the street scene and be an overdevelopment of the site. It cannot be justified even if it is an eco-house. If Buckinghamshire Council are minded to allow the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.

23 Chapel Road Flackwell Heath Bucks HP10 9AB Erection of two detached dwellings CWPC strongly objects to this planning application. It is an overdevelopment of the site that is out of character in the street scene. It will result in two very cramped houses with a lack of sufficient parking. We are disappointed the application was not for a single house.
