In addition to this application, there are two additional applications, 23/05311 – a Certificate of Lawfulness for a new garage, and 23/05541 – a permitted development application for a single storey rear extension.
In combination, these three applications result in a huge increase in volume and an overdevelopment of the site and we request that the case officer examines that.
