Land Adjacent Hilltop Hammersley Lane
High Wycombe Buckinghamshire Application for Permission in Principle for residential development of two residential units, construction of footpath from Hammersley Lane into land allocated under Policy HW6 of the Wycombe Local Plan and management arrangements for green infrastructure on land allocated under Policy HW6 of the Wycombe Local Plan CWPC strongly objects to this planning application. It is on Green Belt land which should be protected and the applicant has failed to show any valid special circumstances to justify any form of development on the site. Regardless of this, it is an inappropriate overdevelopment of the site.
If Buckinghamshire Council are minded to allow the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.
