Bucks HP10 9AL Householder application for demolition of an existing rear conservatory and detached garage and construction of roof extensions/alterations and construction of front, rear, side extensions CWPC have no objection to this extension. However, we believe that the original planning permission for this development of houses included a condition for a grassed amenity area fronting this and a number of adjacent properties. We request that the homeowner re-instates the grassed amenity area fronting Carrington Avenue and continues to maintain it as a grassed area with a single width access to the open parking area and that the grassed area is not used for residential parking.

The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.25am.
