Cllr Thomas asked whether there had been sight of the minutes from the DevComms/Taylor Wimpey meeting held on 1 October 2025, regarding the Gomm Valley development. The deputy clerk advised that despite numerous follow-ups the minutes had not yet been received; she will follow up again.
The chairman thanked those present and closed the meeting at 12.10pm
