Bucks HP10 9QN Demolition of existing redundant public house including first floor flat and construction of three storey apartment block comprising 1 x 1-bed and 9 x 2-bed flats (10 in total) with parking, bin store and associated works CWPC strongly objects to this planning application for the following reasons:

A 3 storey development will adversely affect the street scene where the existing public house is 2 storeys high as are all the other houses along Boundary Road.
The car parking allocation is insufficient for the number of apartments. We believe each apartment should have 2 car parking spaces allocated not one. This is borne out by the objection from a resident of the Treadaway apartments who, apart from objecting to this application, confirms that there is insufficient parking on their site. Loudwater village has enough problems with lack of parking and this application would further exacerbate it.

Should the Local Planning Authority be minded to approve this application, we would request that this be brought before the planning committee for determination.

The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.43.
