Although the parking scheme has been amended, we still have concerns that the on-site parking is not sufficient and we would ask the Conservation Officer to consider this point as the pub is in a conservation area.
We are also concerned with the possible customer use of the rear garden which would contravene a previous ruling on the application and would ask the Case Officer to consider this.

Could Bucks Highways extend the existing residents parking scheme to allow an additional 2 places.
We also note the objection by a neighbour regarding the balcony overlooking their property.

Bucks HP10 9NA Householder application for construction of single storey front extension, part single, part two storey side/rear extension, front porch, hip to gable loft conversion to create habitable second floor with front and rear dormers, insertion of roof lights and fenestration and external material alterations CWPC still strongly objects to this planning application. We acknowledge that the ridge height has been reduced but it is still too high.
The front extension, which has been increased to run across the width of the building, is overbearing and worse than before.
It is still an overdevelopment of the site and would be inappropriate in the street scene due to its proposed height, bulk and mass. Should the Local Planning Authority be minded to approve this application, we would request that this be brought before the planning committee for determination.
