42 Robinson Road Loudwater
Bucks HP13 7BJ Householder application for construction of single storey side/front extension CWPC objects to the proposals because of overdevelopment reasons. These houses are semis and the proposal, as it stands, will create a terrace effect which is not in keeping with the rest of the houses. It is possible to perhaps overcome the terrace effect by reducing the length of the front part of the proposed extension so that is sits behind the existing frontage of the semi.
