Bucks HP10 9QN Construction of 1 x dormer window to front and rear roof slopes (2 in total) and associated alterations to facilitate change of use of existing dwellinghouse (use class C3) and commercial unit (use class E (a)) to 9-bed House in Multiple Occupation (sui generis) CWPC objects to this application. It is an overdevelopment of the site and there is inadequate parking for a 9-bed house. We are also concerned that the elevation drawing shows a flat roof over the ground floor room and the floor plans show a pitched roof ie the drawings are inconsistent.
24/06780
Rosalie
Kingsmead Rd Loudwater
Bucks HP11 1JL Variation of condition 2 (plan numbers) attached to 24/05035/FUL (Construction of 2 x detached dwellings to rear and provision of parking spaces to Rosalie) to allow for substitution of drawings CWPC objects to this application. It is a major alteration to the application rather than a minor amendment. With the additional bedroom and bathroom in the roof space of both new dwellings, it is a substantial overdevelopment of the site. We also question whether there is sufficient off-street parking. Where is the parking for Rosalie?

The Common

Bucks HP10 8LL Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of new dwelling and garage CWPC have no comment in terms of design. However, access is a problem. Currently access to the property is via a muddy unmade track. The proposal is to create access with a new permeable driveway over our land. Should this application be approved, we request a condition be imposed that limits the new permeable driveway to a short track within the applicant’s property and that the frontage along to the front gate is left as it is now, ie grassed. Inevitably building works of the scale proposed will cause considerable damage to the existing tracks and a condition of approval should include the maintenance and eventual restitution of the tracks from Elm Road at the owner’s full expense and to CWPC’s satisfaction. Permission will need to be sought from us in order to do any works outside of their site/on the tracks. There is also to be no parking of vehicles on the tracks; they need to park within the curtilage of the property.
