Any works to be carried out only with the full approval of the Bucks Council Wycombe Area’s tree consultant. We note the TPO in place and request that a replacement tree be planted; species to be suggested by arboriculturist. In addition, CWPC requests the case officer revisit application 23/08119/TPO to ensure that suitable replacement trees are now in place. |
- Questions from members of the committee
Cllr Darch highlighted that planning applications had been submitted for all six buildings forming Peregrine Business Park, High Wycombe:
Eagle House PL/25/4154/PAPCR Swan House PL/25/4155/PAPCR
Star House PL/25/4154/PAPCR Mallard House PL/25/4153/PAPCR
Swift House PL/25/4156/PAPCR Hawk House PL/25/4152/PAPCR
Although not within our ward, given this area is adjacent to the proposed Gomm Valley development a request to comment with the below was made:
CWPC strongly objects to this site becoming residential. Given the scale of the proposed Gomm Valley development, immediately neighbouring Peregrine Business Park, the site should remain available for businesses providing employment opportunities to those residing within the new development as well as the wider area.
The chairman thanked those present and closed the meeting at 12.23pm
Date & time of next meeting: Tuesday 28 October 2025 @ 12pm, on Teams
