- Questions from members
Cllr Johncock highlighted that an appeal had been successful for 24/07009/FUL; permission has been granted for The Happy Union to be developed into a 16-bed house of multiple occupation. Cllr Gurney re-iterated the concerns of the council regarding a lack of parking provision.
Cllr Johncock, in response to the Town and Parish Council Planning Surgery survey received from Buckinghamshire Council, asked whether members felt engaged by the Planning & Environment Service. The consensus was that they did not. Cllr Darch suggested that a named planning liaison contact would be very useful.
The chairman thanked those present and closed the meeting at 12.19pm
