Cllr H Darch was chairman of the meeting.

  1. Questions from members
  • Cllr Wilks highlighted the letter received today from Berkeley Homes, regarding their intent to submit a planning application for a development on the land east of Spring Lane, Flackwell Heath. Cllr Townsend advised she had already made a request to meet with Berkeley Homes regarding the same, as part of her role with Buckinghamshire Council.  She would provide feedback to CWPC in due course.
  • Cllr Darch highlighted the planning appeal submitted for 25/06533/PIP Land Adjacent Hilltop, Hammersley Lane. Once he had received further feedback from the other Tylers Green councillors a formal response would be submitted.  He would forward the appeal documents to Cllrs Townsend and Barron for their attention.
  • Cllr Guy asked that the Deputy Clerk following up the outstanding minutes from DevComms again, regarding the meeting held on 1 October 2025 about PL/25/2353/FA Gomm Valley.
  • Cllr Townsend confirmed that application PL/25/4200/FA had been refused.

 

The chairman thanked those present and closed the meeting at 12.17pm
