- Questions from members
- Cllr Darch advised he had not yet had any response to his proposed appeal statement in regard to 25/06533/PIP Land Adjacent Hilltop, Hammersley Lane. He had asked Tylers Green councillors to comment by 30 January 2026, and from there would confirm, to the Deputy Clerk, the statement to be submitted.
- Cllr Johncock highlighted the meeting held between CWPC and Berkeley Homes, regarding their proposed application for a development on land east of Spring Lane, on 26 January 2026 as very positive. Cllr Townsend advised that she (as Buckinghamshire Council) had also had a positive meeting with them the previous week. Both councillors agreed that there was some question over the proposed area being entirely grey belt, and that further consideration was needed regarding access to/from the site. In addition, it was highlighted that, should the development go ahead, there may be opportunity to work together with the developer on some aspects such as biodiversity and play areas.
The chairman thanked those present and closed the meeting at 12.19pm
Date & time of next meeting: Tuesday 17 February 2026 @ 12 noon, on Teams
